It’s okay, I understand
Stay strong and I´m sorry for you and your father
May your father rest in piece, I hope you had good times.

Everyone deals with loss differently, but I really respect your process. As coping mechanisms go, Art Therapy seems to be a fairly solid option, but I also know that it can be difficult to get into the right headspace when other things are weighing on your mind. Wishing you all the best in your endeavors.
Doing more or less okay here, though I work from home and avoid social gatherings. Where I live in the U.S., they've removed mandated mask-wearing, and I find that more than a little disturbing. I only managed to get my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine last Monday, so I won't even be fully vaccinated until another week passes. Some days feel pretty surreal, and while tons of people are gearing up for getting back to whatever "normal" used to be (if there ever was such a thing), I honestly don't think it's possible. So yeah, I'm generally maintaining a positive attitude, but still kind of on edge since it feels like I'm in some kind of bizarre holding pattern.
